Document Description
Approval of a CUP to allow the Jurupa Community Services District to construct a community sports park in several phases. Phase 1 is approximately 46 acres in size and will include flexible open turf area for a variety of field configurations; with field, parking lot, and trail lighting; a multi-use plaza with picnic tables; restrooms and concessions stand; parking; and extension of the Santa Ana River Multi-Use Trail. Phase 2 is approximately 28 acres and will include additional open turf sports fields; parking; ancillary restrooms; and further extension of the Santa Ana River Multi-Use Trail. A third phase may also be constructed; no details are available for this phase, and this Phase is not part of the current application. The project is designated CUP 10-0128, also known as the Eastvale Community Sports Park.
