The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended and issued Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0105-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, the City of Beaumont. The project has been amended to update the permanent impacts from 1.051 acres to 0.451 acres and to describe how the Project will create full avoidance of impacts to San Timoteo Bridge over Cooper’s Creek. The Amendment removes references to the construction of an auxiliary lane located on the west end of the Project and replaces it with a minor widening of Potrero Boulevard to connect into Western Knolls. Grading and vegetation removal is limited to Drainages F2, F3, F4, and F5. Phase 1 of the Project has completed construction, so no details of this phase are modified in the amendment.
