Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a Discretional Tree Permit (Application No. LU11-0077) to authorize the removal of five protected trees. These trees include one red willow heritage tree and would be removed as part of the construction of a 24 by 84-foot free span bridge over San Antonio Creek at the crossing of Skunk Ranch Road (private road). The construction area footprint encompasses approximately 20,500 sf within Assessor's Parcel 035-0-010-195. The installation of the bridge will require 1,314 cubic yards (CY) of grading (462 CY of cut and 852 CY of fill). In addition to the bridge, the existing ranch road on the west side of San Antonio Creek will be widened and partially realigned to connect to the proposed bridge.
