Document Description
The project comprises the annexation of two areas of existing agricultural property to the District, one area in Madera County and one area in Merced area. The annexation of the property would allow for the distribution of irrigation water to these parcel of land. Area 1 - Madera County - Parcels are in Sections 9 & 16, T. 9 S., R. 17 E., MDB&M. Parcels are west of Road 24 and north of Avenue 27, approximately 380.33 acres. Area 2 - Merced County - Parcels are in Sections 29 & 30, T. 8S., R 17E., MDB&M. Parcels are north of Buchanan Hollow Road and on either side of Baxter Road, approximately 806.90 acres.
