Note: Reference SCH# 1995051063 The proposed development is designed as a 146-room luxury resort with a floor area ratio (FAR) of 14.45%. Approximately 274,936 s.f. of development is proposed both for the main hotel building and the 21 detached, two-story casitas which house the majority of hotel rooms. The hotel will include the following facilities, most of which will be open to hotel guests as well as the general public: retail shops, hotel restaurant, sundries store, lobby bar, library, ballrooms, meeting rooms, fitness center and spa, swimming pool, pool cabanas and function lawns.
