Document Description
Following the completion of the new Police Administration Building (PAB), a majority of the existing building was permanently vacated and secured. Today, only a small portion of the facility is used by the Police Department and the facility is expected to be fully vacated by the end of 2012. Due to the property's close proximity to City Hall, the City has identified an opportunity to improve city services by reactivating this under-utilized property. There are three potential alternatives that are under consideration for the site-1) Rehabilitation and restoration of the existing Parker Center building, 2) Partial demolition, renovation, and addition and 3) Full demolition and reconstruction.
