Allow a 125-foot tall monopole telecommunications tower with 16 antennas, two future microwave dishes, a 192 sf outdoor equipment shelter, a 30 kilowatts (KW) emergency back-up generator and a 210 gallon diesel fuel storage tank on a 800 sf portion of a 4.75-acre parcel in the AE-5 (Exclusive Agricultural, five-acre minimum parcel size required) Zone District. The project site is located approximately 2,400 feet south of Dunalp Road, 2,180 feet east of the intersection of Sundew Road and Bearclover Lane and two miles east of the unincorporated community of Miramonte in Fresno County (SUP. DIST.: 5) (APN: 190-360-08).
