Document Description
The proposed project is comprised of the City of Pomona General Plan Update, Corridors Specific Plan, Active Transportation Plan (ATP) and Green Plan. The GPU provides comprehensive land use, housing, circulation and infrastructure, public service, resource conservation and public safety policies for the entire City. The proposed Corridors Specific Plan provides a framework for private and public investment activities along the following major commercial corridors which traverse the City: Garey Ave., Holt Ave., Mission Blvd. and Foothill Blvd. The proposed ATP proposed ATP propose a system of bikeways connecting neighborhoods to key activity centers throughout the City. The proposed Green Plan is aimed at integrating sustainable design into all aspects of the City's operations.
