Document Description
The City is amending the Land Use Plan, including the Land Use Map, of the General Plan and two ordinances which make changes to the City's Zoning Ordinance, including changes to the zoning map. The changes include both substantive and administrative changes to these documents. Substantive changes that have been analyzed are: - Change of 3.7 acre parcel at Van Ness & 154th from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential and from R-3 to R-4 - Realignment of land use designation and boundaries of properties located along western side of Vermont between 149th & Rosecrans so all of the property is in High Density Residential/R4 instead of portions being within Medium Density Residential/R/3 - Amendment of Mixed Use Overlay boundaries - Increased/ stepped densities for High Density Residential and Mixed-Use Overlay zones and changes in development standards.
