Document Description
Note: Review period Withdrawn per lead. The proposed project would develop an 88-unit high density residential complex on a 4.36 acre hillside property. A total of seven individual buildings would be constructed with a height ranging from three to four stories. The housing complex would cover approximately 49,040 sf of the project site, which is equivalent to 25.8 percent of the site area. There would be approximately 11,020 sf of private open space provided open space provided and approximately 40,240 sf of common open space. A recreational amenity room would also be included, totaling approximately 2,260 sf. In addition, approximately one acre of natural open space area would be preserved on-site.
