Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a substation with 11 70-foot tall electrical utility poles and a 100-foot tall electrical utility pole, 13 inverter/transformer units, a 20,000 sf operations and maintenance building, a 375 sf power distribution center, and a 6.6-foot tall chain-link fence on a 100 acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project site is located on the east side of Douglas Avenue, between Floral and Nebraska Avenues, approximately 12 miles southwest of the nearest city limits of the City of Mendota. (Sup. Dist.: 1) (APN: 038-060-02, 03, 38S; 038-050-44S).
