Operations and Maintenance building, a 50,000-gallon water storage tank and six-foot high perimeter fencing on a 156.30-acre parcel; a 33,000 s.f. switching station and fourteen 55-foot tall electrical utility poles within one-mile long power transmission easement (8.88 acres transmission facility area) on a 637.61-acre parcel; and a 3,750 s.f. transmission overhand easement area for a tie-in line on a 607.32-acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District.
