Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is entering into a lake or streambed alteration agreement (Agreement) with Mr. Jonathan Hvozda, representing Campbell Timberland Management. The activities to be completed according to the Agreement are located approximately thirty miles north of the City of Fort Bragg in the Usal Creek watershed. The three activities are located on two separate unnamed (on USGS Quad map) tributaries to the South Fork Usal Creek. The South Fork Usal Creek is tributary to Usal Creek which empties into the Pacific Ocean. The three activities are located in Section 24, Township 23N, Range 18W; Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the Hales Grove U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute quadrangle.
