Document Description
This project, to be carried out by Canopy, involves planting 400 trees at Ravenswood School District schools within East Palo Alto and the Belle Haven area of Menlo Park. It is anticipated that this project will commence in April of 2012, and be completed by March 2014. Trees will be native and non-native ornamentals that have been selected for their disease resistance, adaption to the urban landscape, shade capacity, and minimal litter production. Trees will be planted using 15 gallon commercial stock. All trees will be planted, staked and tied, watered and maintained in accordance with CAL FIRE guidelines.
