Document Description
The proposed project consists of granting an entry permit to New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC (Cingular) to construct a temporary telecommunications site at Lake Mathews. Cingular proposes to temporarily relocate an existing telecommunications facility from north of El Sobrante Road to south of the road at Lake Mathews. Project components consist of: installing a new 70 foot monopalm with 12 panel antennas within a 31-foot by 18-foot area, constructing a small equipment shelter, trenching for power conduits, and minor road grading for access to the structure.
