Document Description
The Project consists of stabilizing a 75-foot section of eroded stream bank within Kinder Morgan Energy Partners pipeline right-0f-way. The 10-inch pipeline was taken out of service in 2009. Kinder Morgan Energy Partners still possess the pipeline right-of-way. In 2011, the majority of the exposed pipeline was removed and the ends were capped. The pipeline parallels the east bank of Arcade Creek at the location of the erosion site. The Project will result in 0.02 acre of permanent impacts to waters of the United States.
