Under this Agreement, Permittee will conduct "routine maintenance activities", generally defined as periodic activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of streams and channels and the structural and functioning integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams. Authorized routine maintenance activities include mowing, removal of debris obstructing channel flow, minor sediment removal, trash removal, and other similar activities. SAA #1600-2011-0424-3.
