Document Description
The purpose of this project is to evaluate, review and analyze data from energy efficiency retrofit programs to identify technologies and needed improvements to achieve energy and green house gas reductions in the existing homes sector and to take actions to accelerate progress towards those reductions. The contractor will: a) collect and analyze pre and post retrofit data, b) identify policies, rules, technologies, and strategies most likely to meet the needs of the various home market segments by climate, home type and size, energy use, and economics, c) map the workforce and contracting business needs, and d) identify market connection activities and products that most effectively accelerate the residential retrofit process.
