WSAFCA is designing the Southport Sacrament River Levee improvement project. The proposed project would upgrade the Southport Sacramento River Levee to comply with current levee standards. The activity under this exemption is additional geotechnical exploration efforts to supplement knowledge of subsurface conditions for alternatives analysis.
