Caltrans proposes to replace approximately 455 feet of MBGR with a concrete barrier. The concrete barrier will provide a stronger collision boundary, requiring less maintenance by Caltrans workers at risk performing maintenance tasks in the unsafe conditions of the connector ramp area.
