Document Description
The Project consists fo maintenance of existing pipeline that travels across Black Lake Canyon suspended by a cable stay bridge by trimming and removing vegetation that lies directly below and to a width of 40-60 feet from the pipeline. No work will be conducted within the wetted portion of the channel. Work will be accomplished using hand tools, no heavy equipment will enter the bed, bank or channel and will remain on existing roads.
