Document Description
The permittee will construct a trench across Cuddy Creek for the purpose of relocating a sectio of pipeline. The trench will measure approximately 100 feet across the creek, approximately 8 feet wide and 5 feet deep. An area of 0.0183 acres will be impacted. Work will be performed when water is not present in the creek. The trench will be filled in and reseeded with topsoil that was originally removed from the site location. Approximately 118.5 cubic yards of material will be displaced. Excess material displaced by the pipe will be removed from the location by truck and placed within a bermed area of a facility of Plains Pipeline, L.P., approximately 5 miles away.
