A storm accelerated slipout below the roadway, resulting in a 15 foot long by 32 foot high loss of highway embankment and several feet of highway shoulder. In order to prevent full highway closure and to maintain motorist safety, immediate measures are necessary to stabilize and reconstruct the shoulder and to reconstruct metal beam guard rail.
