Document Description
The proposed project includes the installation of water meters on all unmetered service locations in the water system. The meter installation will force the residents to conserve water or pay a higher rate for their above average usage. The reduced water usage and/or increased revenue from large consumers will make operation of the existing and currently out of service arsenic removal plant feasible. All water meters will be installed on the established right of way.
