Document Description
The Project consists of excavation of approximately 18.5 cubic yards of soil to expose and repair a damaged section of existing 6-inch underground petroleum transmission pipeline. The disturbance area will be approximately 5 feet wide and extend over a span of approximately 20 feet. The pipeline will be repaired using a sleeve or a new section of pipe if the damage is greater than anticipated. Excess material will be removed from the channel and the channel surface will be restored to pre-Project conditions. The pipeline repair will be conducted while the stream is dry after the irrigation season. Any perched water will be pumped out.
