Document Description
The MCHOPE Supportive Housing Program at 800 Casanova will provide up to six (6) rental housing with supportive services including education and employment assistance to single homeless adults with psychiatric disabilities for up to two (2) years. Grantee will be responsible for renting units at 800 Casanova, Monterey, CA from the Housing Authority of Monterey County (HACM) who is the acting property management agent for the site. Grantee will co-sign lease with tenants, issue rent payment to landlord, conduct outreach efforts, determine client eligibility, provide client case management and supportive services.
