Document Description
The Department of Mental Health is proposing to replace and upgrade the existing fire alarm system to comply with State Fire Marshal requirements. The project consists of replacing existing alarm panels, smoke and heat detectors, visual and audible notification devices and wiring with instruments to meet current California Fire Code requirements. Where replacement ceilings and/or patching is required, the finished surface will replicate existing conditions to the extent practicable.
