Document Description
The Department of Mental Health is proposing to install an automated fire sprinkler system for Building 168, the Receiving and Treatment Building at the Napa State Hospital. The project also include associated work such as, asbestos removal (as necessary), electrical and plumbing renovations and minor construction to accommodate the automatic sprinkler systems. New piping installed within the existing finished ceiling will be concealed behind existing (or repalcement) ceilings. Where replacement ceilings and/or patching is required, the finished surface will replicate existing conditions to the extent practicable.
