Document Description
The planned construction for the CA Montessori Project includes construction of three new school buildings. The buildings include an 8,880 s.f. multi-purpose and administration building, an 8,800 s.f. Kindergarten and classroom 'B' building, and a 6,240 s.f. classroom 'C' building. The proposed project will be built in one phase. The objective of this subject project is to build a new K-8 Charter School Facility for the CA Montessori Project. The proposed project will serve approximately 350 students. The 10-acre parcel is also planned for some future portable building expansion. The facility will include surface parking, exterior hard courts, athletic fields, and a fire and pick-up/drop-off lane.
