- Note: Tiered from SCH# 2004082066 & Review per lead The goal of the proposed Climate Action Plan and related plans/programs is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 10 percent below 2005 levels by the year 2020 consistent with the requirements of Assembly Bill 32 (AB 32) Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Scoping Plan (2008), and the 2008 Settlement Agreement between the City of Stockton, the Attorney General of CA and the Sierra Club.
