Document Description
The Project is located in the western portion of the City of Lincoln in Placer County. The City of Lincoln is proposing to upgrade an existing 1-mile stretch of Nicolaus Road between Airport Road and Aviation Blvd. The existing road is approximately 22-feet wide and will be widened by approximately 32-feet to the north from the intersections of Aviation Boulevard and Nelson lane to Airport Road. The new road will have two 12-foot lanes, one 4-foot shoulder/bike lane in each direction, and a center median.
