Document Description
Proposal by Discovery builders for a 88 single family subdivision on approximately 11.5 acres and related site improvements, including: public streets, utilities, landscaping, detention basins, and new frontage improvements on existing adjoining Lopes Road and Gold Hill Road. The site is composed of 11.5 acres located at the southeast corner of Gold Hill Road and Lopes Road (APN: 0181-301-010, & -020). The site is relatively flat and devoid of any unique topographic or geographic features. Eastern portion of the site was previously developed as the old alignment of Lopes Road. Project includes a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change from Community Commercial to Medium Density Residential, Tentative Subdivision Map, Community Design Plan, Development Review (Architectural Review of house plans), and amend an existing Development Agreement.
