Document Description
The proposed Federal action is the fee-to-trust transfer of one parcel totaling 2.44 acres. The purpose of the proposed action is to facilitate the Tribe's need for economic development by the construction and operation of a recreational vehicle parking lot. In addition, the-to-trust transfer will also promote cultural and social preservation, expression and identity, political self-determination and self-sufficiency, and economic growth by providing an adequate Tribal land base and homeland that is subject to Tribal sovereignty.
