Document Description
The proposed project includes the acquisition of property and the construction of a new courthouse. The proposed new, courthouse would consolidate the courthouse functions currently in the existing Main Street Courthouse (currently the Main Street Courthouse has four courtrooms) and the court functions located in the county administrative complex Building C. Building C currently has two courtrooms. The proposed project site is undeveloped land adjacent to the El Dorado County Jail located off Forni Road in the City of Placerville.
