Document Description
The SNARL proposes three projects. The first is to demolish and replace five concrete stream control structures in Convict Creek and repair a sixth. The second includes grinding the existing SNARL asphalt entrance road and most of the paved parking areas; installation of a new water line, power line, and communications conduit under the paved areas; reshaping of the ground asphalt base; installation of concrete drainage gutters, and repaving. The third project is the design and construction of a new classroom/lecture hall building, including a new septic tank and potentially new leach field, adjacent to the paved roadway and the existing dormitory building.
