The Santa Barbara Campus, Natural Reserve System, Sierra Nevada Aquatic Research Laboratory is proposing to replace five existing concrete stream control structures in Convict Creek within the Reserve property; grind and reconstruct the entrance road and paved parking areas and installs underground utility lines; and construct a classroom/lecture hall building.
