Document Description
Note: Reference SCH# 2008082041 The previously certified El Dorado Canal Flume Replacement Program Environmental Impact Report (June 2009) involved replacement of certain flumes on the Canal, which included, among others, the replacement of Flume 41, Spillway 23, and a 50-foot extension of Rock Crusher Road. The project as described in the Final EIR did not include the specific construction activities associated with Rock Crusher Road, the spur, road R71, and the two staging areas (Rock Crusher Staging Area and Canal Bench Staging Area). This proposed Project tiers from the Final EIR to cover these construction activities which are necessary to provide safe equipment access to the Flume 41 site, as well as, other nearby locations along the Canal.
