Document Description
The project includes a mixed-use of 167 multiple-family apartments and approximately 12,000 s.f. of net new commercial area and 38 townhouse residential units. The mixed-use building is four stories tall not including two levels of underground parking spaces. The townhomes are two stories tall. The project removes a garden supply business and restaurant and maintains a 5,000 s.f. retail building. Additionally, the project removes three nonconforming single-family residences on-site and at 929 Sherwood Avenue.
