A proposed Zoning District Map Amendment and General Plan Land Use Designation Map Amendment (GPA) for fifteen parcels located between State Hwy 49 and La Barr Meadows Road south of the City of Grass Valley. The Project proposes to amend the existing BP zoning and General Plan Land Designations to a combination of IND/M1, PUB/P and RES/RA-1.5 for all project parcels, to align existing uses to more appropriate zoning and to facilitate uses which are anticipated to occur in the future in this area. The proposed project is a Zoning District and General Plan Land Use Map amendment only and does not include a proposal for development of any of the project parcels nor does it issue any entitlements for future development.
