Document Description
The California Department of Parks and Recreation has requested that the Division of Boating and Waterways design and construct a replacement boat ramp and make ancillary improvements to the Pine Creek Boar Ramp Facility. Repairs would bring the facilities into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 25-year General Lease - Public Agency Use through June 28, 2040.
