This project is a Use Permit for the expansion of an existing, 111,000 s.f. winery in two phases. Phase 2 is the construction of 300,000 s.f. bottling building, a 600,000 s.f. warehouse, and two tank areas that total 683,800 s.f. The parcels are under a Williamson Act contract.
