The zoning is proposed to be changed from RF-B-X 20 Acre Minimum (Residential-Forestry, combining a minimum building site of 20 acres) and RF-B-X 160 Acre Minimum PD = 0.05 (Residential Forestry, combining a minimum building site of 160 acres, combining Planned Residential Development of 0.05 Units per acre) to RF-B-X 4.6 Acre Minimum (Residential-Forestry, combining a minimum building site of 4.6 acres). The proposed zoning is consistent with the Foresthill Divide Community Plan, which designates the property as Rural Estate 4.6-20 acre minimum.
