Document Description
The U.S. Forest Service will construct rock and log structures in the Blackwood Creek channel on the floodplain, realign select channel segments, restore connectivity to historic channels, grade floodplain surfaces, and revegetate disturbed areas with native riparian species. The Water Board will regulate project discharges project by: (1) issuing Clean Water Act 401 Water Quality Certification; and (2) granting exemptions to prohibitions contained in the Water Quality Control Plan for the Lahontan Region (Basin Plan).
