- The proposed Project footprint is 3.49 acres and includes the permanent development of 0.62 acres of undeveloped land into a left-turn lane in each direction, temporary impacts to 0.047 acres of undeveloped land, and the remaining 2.823 acres are hardscaped. Project activities include grading of the entire Project site, road widening on the northern side, culvert lengthening, remove and reinstall headwalls, and excavation.
