Document Description
Expansion of an existing food processing facility wastewater management system that occurred in 2008. The project consists of construction of a wastewater pond, expanding an existing wastewater land application area. (LAA), constructing a ditch to convey supplemental irrigation water, wastewater conveyance improvements, and discharging wastewater to land. San Joaquin County issued building permits for recent facility improvements, but those permits were ministerial. Therefore, the Central Valley Water Board will is the lead agency for CEQA review to support adoption of Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs).
