Document Description
The two existing parcels, will be split into six parcels. Parcels one and two wil remain vacant and are 2.79 acres each. Parcels three, four, five, and six are planned as a new senior care facility. The senior care facility includes a skilled nursing facility with 24 units, a memory building with 40 units, 91 assisted living units, and 92 independent living units. Also included on the site are a dining hall, commercial kitchen, a community center, a swimming pool, and an outdoor activity area. The facility will be staffed 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
