A "typical" fixed panel, pole mounted solar photovoltaic power generation facility on 30 acres. Associated infrastructure includes transformers on concrete pads and a switchgear facility. Site is level and has historically been in agricultural production. Site is classified as Prime Farmland and may provide foraging habitat for the Threatened Swainson's hawk - these are the two primary environmental issues of concern that will be further evaluated in the EIR.
