Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction and operation of a commercial office and industrial park on a currently vacant, 23-acre site north of Puddingstone Drive and south of the existing terminus of Wheeler Avenue, within the Arrow Corridor Specific Plan area. Two project options are analyzed in the MND. Option 1 would construct a total of 374,536 sf, with the majority dedicated to industrial uses. Option 2 would construct a total of 384,735 sf, with the majority dedicated to office uses. Site grading would be required in order to establish the proposed building pad elevations and other associated improvements. The proposed building heights would range between 34 and 53 feet (including minor architectural features).
