Document Description
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) proposes to make improvements to Bull Creek Extension Channel (BGEC), a concrete-lined storm water conveyance and flood control facility located within the Van Normal Complex (VNC) in the Syimar area of Los Angeles. This project is being undertaken to comply with updated drinking water quality regulations promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and updated requirements related to maintaining the integrity of several VNC water impoundment dams that fall under the jurisdiction of the State of California Division of Safety and Dams (DSOD).
