Document Description
The project is the development of two agriculture services establishment (one for storage, maintenance, and repair of agriculture trucks and the other for hauling and spreading of manure, dirt, sand, rock and gypsum) on a 4.84 - portion of a 7.5 - acre parcel in the AE-40 (Exclusive Agriculture 40 acre minimum) Zone. The project currently has thirteen employees and the owner's son lives on one of the two dwelling on site. The hours of operation are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Saturday, during peak season (May-June and September-December) and 6:00 am to 4:00 pm in the off season Monday - Friday with four employees working.
